I’m Brandie, fortunate to call myself a North Carolina native. Born in Pinehurst, I spent my childhood in Pittsboro and my teenage years in Sanford, making me an expert on our unique culture. Most recently (after a few moves) I settled in Apex and cannot imagine living anywhere else – Apex is truly the peak of good living!

 

I love to take care of people and began my career in nursing, then several years ago I discovered my passion for finding people's homes and transitioned to real estate. Well-known as a “people magnet”, I find establishing connections comes naturally, having learned from my healthcare background that joy comes from building relationships.

 

I specialize in knowing how to create your village, especially for those who are relocating. My familiarity with the starting-from-scratch feeling means I know where and how to support your goals. Actively listening to each family brings insight on what location meets your desired lifestyle, with the community vibe you desire. Then I guide you to the place you feel proud to call home.

 

As a dreamer, I capture your vision and can picture how to use your new space. All of this makes it simpler for you to navigate getting settled – all while I educate you through buying and selling. Instead of a transactional perspective, I view the buying and selling processes holistically, looking at the entire person.
